[:hr]Društvo za psihološku pomoć (DPP) je nevladina i neprofitna organizacija aktivna od ožujka 1993. godine u pet osnovnih područja djelovanja:
(1) projekti i programi izravne psihosocijalne pomoći i podrške (kroz različite oblike psihosocijalnih intervencija kao što su savjetovanje, psihoterapija, psihološke krizne intervencije, obiteljska medijacija, psihosocijalni tretman počinitelja nasilja i dr.,
(2) projekti izobrazbe stručnjaka pomagačkih struka,
(3) istraživački i evaluacijski projekti,
(4) publiciranje stručnih knjiga i priručnika, i
(5) organiziranje domaćih i međunarodnih stručnih skupova.
Vizija DPP-a: organizacija civilnog društva koja svoje djelovanje temelji na načelima izvrsnosti u području psihosocijalne podrške pojedincima, grupama i zajednicama kako bi zadovoljili psihosocijalne potrebe, razvili potencijale i ostvarili kvalitetno življenje.
Misija DPP-a je proaktivno, profesionalno i primjereno odgovarati na psihosocijalne probleme i potrebe pojedinaca, obitelji i zajednice u Hrvatskoj, jugoistočnoj Europi i drugim zemljama.
Specifični ciljevi DPP-a su:
• unaprijediti kvalitetu života pojedinaca, grupa i zajednice jačanjem njihovih kompetencija i resursa;
• poticati svestrani psihički i psihosocijalni razvoj djece, mladih i obitelji;
• podizati kvalitetu međuljudskih i međugrupnih odnosa;
• poticati promjene nepoželjnih i štetnih oblika ponašanja;
• omogućiti članovima DPP-a da razmjenjuju i ostvaruju svoje profesionalne ideje, te primijene svoje ekspertno znanje i unaprijede svoje kompetencije.
U skladu sa Statutom, upravljačka tijela DPP-a su Skupština, Upravni odbor i izvršni direktor. Skupština je najviše tijelo upravljanja, a čine je svi redovni članovi DPP-a. Skupština redovito zasjeda najmanje jednom godišnje dok se izborna sjednica održava svake 4 godine. Upravni odbor upravlja radom organizacije i nadzire vođenje poslova DPP-a između sjednica Skupštine, provodi strateške odluke i politiku organizacije te nadzire njezino sveukupno djelovanje. Odbor ima 5 članova, a njihov mandat traje 4 godine. Izvršni direktor DPP-a rukovodi Društvom i odgovora za svakodnevno funkcioniranje organizacije. Za svoj rad odgovara Upravnom odboru. Organizaciju zastupaju izvršni direktor te predsjednik i zamjenik predsjednika Upravnog odbora.

Organizacijska shema 2020[:en]The Society for Psychological Assistance (SPA) is a non-profit, non-governmental mental health organization, founded in 1993 and active in five main areas of work:
(1) Providing direct psychosocial interventions and support (psychological counselling, psychotherapy, psychological crisis interventions, family mediation, treatment of domestic violence perpetrators, psycho-educations, etc.),
(2) Education of professional and paraprofessional care-providers,
(3) Research and evaluation projects,
(4) Publishing professional books and manuals,
(5) Organization of international and domestic professional conferences.
The vision of the SPA is to be the civil society organization that based its action on the principles of excellence in the field of psychosocial support to individuals, groups and communities so that they could meet their psychosocial needs, develop potentials and achieve the quality of life.
The mission of the SPA is to respond proactively, professionally and adequately to psychosocial problems and needs of individuals, families and communities in Croatia, Southeastern Europe and other countries.
The specific goals of SPA are:
- to improve the quality of life of individuals, groups and communities by strengthening their competencies and resources;
- to stimulate a holistic mental and psychosocial development of children, youth and families;
- to improve the quality of interpersonal and intergroup relations;
- to initiate and enable changes of undesirable and harmful behaviour;
- to allow members of the SPA to share and implement their professional ideas, apply their expert knowledge and improve their skills.
The SPA has a membership of 37 mental health professionals working for different organizations. Each year Annual General Assembly (AGM) is held at which the Board of Directors reports on the organizations’ activities and strategic plans. The Board of Directors manages the work of the organization and monitors the conduct of the SPA’s work between the sessions of the Assembly, executes strategic decisions and policies of the organization and monitors its overall operation.The five members of the Board are elected for a four year term. Executive Director of the SPA manages the organization and he/she is reponsible for the day-to-day functioning of the organization. Accounting is managed by the professional accountant whose reports are audited before being considered and approved by the AGM.
The SPA has a staff of six full-time employees. This includes Executive Director, a Project Coordinator, an accountant and three psychologists working in the SPA’s Child, Adolescent and Family Community Centre Modus. The organization has office of 169 sq. meters including space where the clients are served. The SPA’s staff provides full logistical support to the international and local consultants, maintain records, provide reports, organize finances and communicate with partners. The SPA’s consultant and training personnel is drawn primarily from the SPA membership, depending on the particular content of the project. These include the trainers and consultants with years of experience in providing training, consultancy, supervision and evaluation.
